What I DRAW
- Characters (OCs or fanart)
- I prefer fantasy art and Feminine characters
( All gender identities are welcome )
- DnD and other fantasy game characters are very welcome!
What I DO NOT draw
- Full NSFW themes (sexy outfits are okay)
- Gore, violence
- Homophobic, transphobic, or racist imagery
- Real-life people / Sci Fi and Futuristic characters (not fantasy)
- Mecha or machines
- Other artist's styles
Note : These commissions do not include design work, you need to have clear and good visual references showing the design of the character.

What you get

Versions of the finished artwork, delivered via email or Google drive :
- Finished artworks are high-resolution (300 DPI), 20*25 cm in PNG format.
- Artwork in low resolution and watermark.
- Artwork with color adjustment filter.
- Other versions, in other formats can be delivered upon request.

Payment

- Full payment in advance via PayPal
- 50-50 payment, 50% upfront and 50% Before I send the finished work.

Refund

- No refunds are possible on already finished commissions or after I've already started working on your commission. If I haven't started to work on your commission yet, a refund is possible.
- I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission for any reason at any time, for example, if the client fails to follow the terms and rules provided in this terms of service.
Kill fee
- If I have to refund and cancel an unfinished commission, I will refund 50 % of the original rate and keep the other 50% as a kill fee and compensation for the work already done.

Term of Service

For Personal & Non-Commercial Use

General

  • I retain the full copyright of the commissioned artwork.

  • I retain the right to upload the finished artwork in my portfolio and use it to promote my artwork.

  • I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission for any reason at any time, for example, If the client fails to follow the terms provided or if I am not able to finish the artwork for some reason. I always have a valid reason for cancellation, and I try to avoid canceling commissions.

  • When commissioning me you agree to all terms presented in the commission info and this terms of service.

Usage

You can use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes such as:

  • Print the artwork for your own personal purposes or as a gift, to hang it on your wall.

  • You can post & upload the artwork online, giving proper credit to me as the artist.

  • If you post the artwork online: always post the low-resolution image online to avoid art theft. Never post the unwatermarked version.

  • You may use the finished commission as a reference for further commission done by other artists.

  • Social media posting is okay, as long as the usage is personal and you do not use the artwork to promote something you, for example, intend to sell or publish.

  • Non-commercial, private use only:

  • Private use means you are paying for the work & time of the artist (me), but not for the commercial usage rights/license. The copyright of the artwork itself remains with the artist who painted the original artwork. You still own your own character design, but not the copyrights to the painting.

  • This means that You can’t: Sell or license the artwork, use it for promoting or advertising purposes (social media marketing, for example), re-distribute, alter, claim the artwork your own or gain monetary profit off of the artwork.
